RTO 3-July-2008 2236H (FAULT TICKET OPEN FOR MORE THAN ONE MONTH NOW)

I got disconnected again tonight (3-July-2008) at 10:36 pm. Kindly provide me detailed update on this concern thru email. My fault ticket has been open for more than one month now. I find it strange this was reported as early as 23-May-200 and you still haven't addressed this situation up until now.
